If you are:

Healthy and new to the sport.

Entails:

  • 1 week: Run Specific Strengthening
  • 1 week: Design Training Plan and Pick Event to Participate in
  • 1 Week: Run Specific Stretches
  • 1 Week: Run Form Training with Video Feedback
  • Includes: 2 Workout Loops and a Positive Energy Running Tee.

An intermediate* runner with a history of injury, but presently healthy.

*completed 5k or 10k and running 2-4 days per week

Entails:

  • 1 Week: Run Specific Stretches
  • 2 Weeks: Run form Training with Video Feedback
